Are we a little crazy?
Where do I come from,
where am I going,
how long have I got?
Asking questions
faster than you can answer,
filling yourself with fear,
Are you a little crazy?
I know I am;
and yet, I look around.
There’s always someone who’s got it worse,
looking for a happy ending,
when there is no end
to the imaginings of a mind
separated from God,
Only death,
and that is still the ego’s phantasm.
I surrender my fright,
too tired to continue
the charade
that dances in the dark,
alone,
wishing for rendezvous
with love’s elusive light.

No JohnnyP–I think subliminally you and TommyP are gay–in love with each other–and are just too shy to admit these realities to yourselves–your anger with gays is just misdirected guilt and anger with yourselves for these feelings that are confusing you both
Confront the 14th amendment and come out of the closet together–then go back in the closet–because none of us want to see you two groping each other
It is the left that is forgiving; it is the right that claims to be tolerant–again Johnny you guess wrong

R_No_God:
“So what is it between you and TommyP, JohnnyP? Another disturbed interpretation of the 14th Amendment?”
If you are trying to say that a man laying with a man and committing reprehensible acts of sodomy is protected as equal to marriage between a heterosexual couple under the 14th Amendment, then you must have left one of your wifes for a man.
JohnnyP
Liberalism is a dangerous mental disorder – seek help.
p.s. Why do you link TommyP with me in an offensive gay relationship? Would you embrace the two of us is we were gay? I thought the left was tolerant? No, I guess they aren’t.

A Little Person
Just a little person trying to be
who they can be,
trying to reclaim universal dignity,
by saying what they have to say
in their particular way.
Just one of the chosen
who took the challenge
not to be
anything less than they could be,
praying for God
to have them perceive
what God would have them see.
Just one person
breathing deeply
into somber reality,
quiet peace,
surrendering to silence
into humble waters
of gentle strength.
Just a blessed person
reaching for their destiny
with the power to believe
they can be
who God would have them be.
