Mark, something I haven’t heard ANYONE suggest for paying down the deficit is what I consider the most logical solution of any (other than cutting off tax breaks to million/billionaires). That is to make those who caused our economic crisis pay for it. Add a teeny tiny tax (maybe .01%) to every stock transaction. No one would even feel it, and it would bring in HUGE amounts of money.
