Actually Gordon in SF–it was George Washington–but has recently been proposed by legislation introduced by Dennis Kuchinich and will be reintroduced in he next session of Congress, and reintroduced, and reintroduced until it passes
Because as each day passes its importance, becomes more and more important
There will be a national Department of Peace Conference in Washinton D.C. Sept 10,11, 12–where consciousness about this will be raised

Mark (or somebody else) – Help me out, who was it who originally wanted a Dept of Peace? Eisenhower? I forget who first proposed it.

Can’t the forces sympathetic to Cindy’s cause meet at the Department of Peace Conference in Washington D.C.–Sept. 10, 11, and 12–and create a massive force of consciousness–that can be converted into political action?
