  By the way when I listened to the Norman Meneta testimony I believe I heard him say “he heard someone ask Cheney(as the plane continued course to pentegon) do the orders still stand? Cheney replying you haven’t heard any changes have you?”
  What I get out of this is when Mineta says this I don;t hear that the order was to shoot down our airliners? perhaps the order is to not strike the airliners yet? Then its to late and oh well. It starts to look like a new Pearl Harbor, doesn’t it?

  I don’t believe anything that comes from the Bush administration that benefits deep pockets, which is just about everything they do. If you have access to a bittorrent client, you can download the BBC’s The Power of Nightmares. I can also mail you a copy if you want. It goes a long way in explaining the right wing’s use of fear to turn people into cattle.
  As far as the terrorists go, have you ever heard of False Flag Operations? And where is the proof of al Qaida’s involvement that was promised by Rice right after 911? I haven’t seen it yet. There is a lot to indicate US involvement, including the massive war games going on that day (coordinated by Cheney) that sent a very large number of fighters to northern Canada to intercept a fictitious Russian bombing and put false blips on flight controllers’ screens. Faith in the tooth fairy has to be strong in order to say that we had no idea the attack was coming, but a bunch of cave dwellers had complete knowledge of these exercises and was able to catch us at a very vulnerable time. If it were really true, we can save billions of dollars by severely cutting our intelligence budgets and sending our agents into caves.
  Then there is the WTC janitor William Rodriguez, who was down in the basement of the WTC when the attack started. He heard a huge explosion in the basement a few seconds BEFORE the impact of the jet. He testified before the 911 commission about this behind closed doors, but nothing was ever mentioned in the final report.
  Then there was the Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta’s testimony before the 911 commission. It speaks for itself.

  Have you ever heard of “False Flag Operations? The US is very proficient at it. The Gulf of Tonkin (sp?) incident that started the full fledged Vietnam war is one good example. Even Robert MacNamara came ever so close to admitting it in his documentary The Fog of War. Then there was Operation Gladio, which committed a bunch of terrorist actions in Europe back in the 60s and 70s in order to blame it all on the Communists. There�s a BBC documentary on that too, but the copy I was able to download was corrupted. I can go on and on, but I have to walk the dog now.
