Should Members of the Press have an unrestricted privilege to protect confidential sources?
Mark says no, especially in the case of Judith Miller and Traitor-Gate.

91 year old Alyce. my good buddy, has been calling the Jim Greenfield show for more than an hour. He dosn’t get many callers but Alyce’s phone has been again ringing busy throughout the program. He, or our Patriot act troopers, are afraid that she might be a bit too sharp for him. I’m sure she is. This, however, is not a proper use of our Patriot Act.
