Smoking is a disgusting habit, and it kills you.
I don’t support banning tobacco smoking (or marijuana smoking, for that matter).
But I do support banning it in indoor public spaces.
Ruin your own health if you must. It’s none of my business. But don’t ruin the air around me.

I’m a new mom, my baby is five months and I live in an apartment complex, this building is very old and the people that smokes in here pass the fumes to my apartment. When in the prosess of moving in I was four moths pregnant. The manager assure me that the smoking wodn’t be an isue…
Long story shore after c-section no time to complain much, but, now well, and in condicion of doing something maybe… I guess I will like to know is anything can be done. The current manager claim has adress the problem to the tenants involve but, my apartment stinkc and I am not a smoker. I want to sue or the health departmment needs to get involve what can I do?
