When the Federal Government does not enforce the constitution, and protect its borders and its people, than I feel the states have the right to enforce the borders.

I say, if the Federal Gvt doesn’t want to enforce its border, than HomeLand Security is no good to us. Let’s just open the borders, north and south.
There is not enough border patrol along the borders. All the border states need the help of the National Guard and not the puny numbers Obama graciously proclaimed he would offer but by tens of thousands.

I just heard you say that the US Labor Dept’s PSA offering to help undocumented worker’s who are not receiving a fair wage was right because of employer’s pay low wages to people who can’t complain to the authorities and that it is the employer’s who hire illegals that should be slapped with fines. Arizona has had such a law against employers for the past 3 years. But the US Atty Genl is suing AZ because they have such a law. It seems this is another case of the US Administration not really wanting to wanting anyone to undermine their authority on immigration.
