  Your comments are well taken. I will admit that I AM radical as well as fanatical! When I see things that need to be addressed,I do so in no uncertain terms,and with all the ferver of a man on fire.
  I too go over the edge at times,and am far from being perfect i realize! I use sensationalism,shock value,and “in your face” type of approach at times,and I know that sometimes I should not do this,but we are both only human! 🙂
  As far as “nominal” preachers,I mean those who know more of the tradition of their church,and collection plates,then the word of God.(and if you look around,that accounts for far too many preachers/churches these days!)

  Jeff, You asked me for my opinion of you in another post, which quite frankly, I’m too lazy to go back and look for – 😉 – but I’ve been thinking about your request – and am reluctant only because it’s too easy to misunderstand each other through this medium – but I will give you some of my impressions. I believe you are a sincere and well-meaning person who is truly seeking the truth in all things. At times I think you might be a bit “radical” or “fanatical” (this will cause some of the others on here to laugh because they think the same about me) but I think you mean well and you seem to be a kind person who is willing to listen, with respect, to another person’s point of view.
  The biggest problem I have with people in regards to “religion” are the scorners and mockers. I tend to get a tad “feisty” when dealing with them and I know I shouldn’t – but hey, I’m still human. 😉
  I’ve been through alot of discourse on the topic of religion, Christianity etc on this blog on various threads and it’s not something I really care to get into all over again. I do see/understand where you are coming from – some thngs I can agree with – others I can’t. I’m not sure what you mean about the influence of “nominal” preachers.
  You are right that we can’t fool God – but I also know that God is more gracious, more merciful and more forgiving and tolerant of others than I am, so I leave those things to Him.

  God is not found in ANY building,tradition,institution,but rather in your own heart,without the influence of “nominal” preachers!

  Denomination = division,when transliterated,and what happens to a house divided?
  How long would a true Christian stay in a church that does not adhere to Christian principles?
  Nominal = pseudo = fake,so there are no nominal Christians,only true.
  People can BS themselves all day long,but you can not BS God!
