Kerry voted for the Iraq war powers bill–that was old-fashioned-fall-in line-in times of war-politics. He’s tried to wiggle away in rationale from this vote–but, bottom-line, he didn’t make a stand in principle like Levin and Stabenow of MI, and why Kerry’s principles in action enter a gray area where he must explain nuances of apparent contradiction. It is perhaps a thinking man’s mistake–but one that will lose the non-thinking voter. (It is also a leadership faux pas that anti-war activists try to tolerate in Kerry in openly trying to dispose of Bush)

Nice try, Ben.
You keep attacking me personally and saying you’re “not impressed.” But ad hominem attacks are just an admission that you are frustrated because you know your debating opposition is winning the debate.
Where was I wrong? Can you get specific? Which clip proves Kerry is the dreaded flip-flopper? And why won’t you address the dozens of Bush flip flops I mentioned on air?

Hey there Mark,
I think you should interview ambassador Joe Wilson. His speech that was aired on Democracy Now on August 2nd was really really powerfull. Right along the lines of today’s show.
